Y’all might be pissed about this.. but the Dr said she can hear that I definitely have smokers lungs & that they’re going to do my XRAY tomorrow morning bc radiology is gone for the day. About to get a UA and blood work drawn then i have to come back Thursday to talk about it all

Originally I went into the Dr because I wanted help to quit smoking & was curious about what my lungs looked like after smoking for 7+ yrs (16-23), & because recently I’ve been getting closer to Christ & ever since I’ve had the urge to stop my bad habits

The moral of the story is, this isn’t a sign to keep smoking but a sign to stop. Smoking isn’t a flex, NOT smoking is a flex. after 7 years i’m tired of this y’all 😩 it’s not fun no more. and i’m struggling. and i want better for all of us. I’m BLESSED that my lungs are clean.

Today the Dr sat down with me and told me my results. There are some markings, but my lungs are perfectly healthy otherwise. However, she did explain to me how smoking can affect things other than lungs such as skin, hair, nails,throat, teeth, etc. Not to mention stress & anxiety
