@awjoyner I’ve always liked Pitino, but what if he just made a decision early on to play by the rules, run as clean of a program as possible, but dance around the edges a bit as all guys do. Would he be considered the best of all time? This is a miracle turnaround.

@TomMariano81 @lax_coach21 I’ve added a wrinkle to 3v2 Diplo that we’ll use this year. If you score 3 in a row, add a defender and a shot clock. Four in a row, add another defender. If the d gets a stop, add a defender who’ll double when the offense gets it again. I’m making the space a little smaller.

@jamiemunro3 @Cmalet50 @TomMariano81 This was a group of kids from Idaho. Perfect size square for this age, and their first time doing the drill. Skill cues I emphasized were scanning, positive reinforcement for movement, skip passes, and deflections, in addition to an emphasize on keeping the drill going.

@jamiemunro3 @Brian_Kelly19 Goalie counting down a shot clock, when we play 7v7, teams have to get a shot in a certain amount of time, my keep away games all are on a timer to ensure maximum effort. I love the burst concept, too. I hope we can all start putting these in a single place so coaches have them
