My advice now, to my freshman self in 2013:.1- be In the moment. It goes quicker than you can imagine.2- never pass up a chance to spend time with your classmates, and the older guys on the team (theyāre gone before you know it.3- reach for more. Donāt be afraid to b great early.

Youth Coaches:. I tried a Shooting On the Run āChaseā Drill last night. Setup: Player with ball, Chaser 3-4 yards behind, start anywhere you want to sweep from, add points. Object: Ensure no player stops his or her feet for an on the run shot. It raised compete levels and was fun.
