Hi. Hiring manager here; 20 years of doing it.
This is one of the most difficult job markets I’ve ever seen.
I have colleagues who have been looking for work for 9+ months, due to shifts in their sectors
I think part of the problem is that some people didn’t spend their senior year going to job fairs and interviewing on campus and now have no idea how to find jobs in their field. The job market is obviously hot right now
