@willygilder01 A friend of mine had breast cancer and Alzheimer’s disease. No mention of the dementia on death certificate. I don’t think it’s put down as cause of death in most cases @willygilder01

3 years is fa too long for those of us living with dementia. I may not be around in 3 years it’s now I need social care. Shameful and yet no one does anything about it! Why?

"There is no solution to the crisis in the NHS that doesn’t include a solution for social care." Dismayed to see @wesstreeting acknowledge this - yet kick the issue into long grass with a commission that won't report until 2028. What hope for the NHS & those needing care now?
