Value guys act so surprised when a handful of stocks are just totally unjustifiably expensive But if markets weren't irrational enough to make a couple things stupid expensive, they also wouldn't be irrational enough to make a couple things stupid cheap

Could it be possible that both cdn. interest rates and cdn. housing prices head lower in the next few years as a result of these policy changes?
In case you missed it, this is the Government of Canada's population projections for the next 3 years based on the updated immigration plan announced this week. They are projecting/targeting 2 years of declining population growth. Big deal if true
