@cap_zay Cocoa uncertainty a key focus but their mature end market with limited rev growth keeps me away. Acquisitive moves a lot harder to make work with higher rates too.

@TSXDivStock @BarrySchwartzBW Cdn REITs have a catalyst issue and misaligned mgmt incentives. For those executing buybacks and/or dispositions near IFRS NAV, you will see a share price response. A few weeks ago the median discount was 20%, with some pushing 40%. Saw some new buybacks last week.

@FCFNextYear @compoundpapi He’s right. $AGT.TO was a takeunder of a levered cyclical a few qtrs away from results inflecting upward. Mr. Al-Katib is the split pea king. Lots of SS coverage of $AFN.TO to encourage something.
