Last year i couldn’t eat more than one meal a day. now, i shimmy and give my food spirit fingers before i devour it. Depression and anxiety, not fun. But there are better days :)
depression can alter your physical appearance. I look back on pictures of myself when I was super depressed and there was no light in my eyes, my face looked sunken in & I just overall looked sickly all because of my mental state. that’s why mental health is so important.
