Elite QB thats played with a bottom 3rd run game and defense most of his career. Made every OC hes ever played for a HC. Was MVP the 1 year the run game was excellent. Near perfect passer rating in the Super Bowl and one of the greatest postseason QB runs of all time. Mad haters

People keep saying the Falcons can "see what Ridder's got" and if he ain't it "just get another QB in the next draft" are not understanding, this staff KNOWS who Desmond is already. They are already confident in his ability. They expect him to perform, we are in win now mode.

People don't get that it wasn't Matt/Julio that messed our cap up, it was consecutive years of poor drafting then having to fill holes with overpaid free agents whose production didn't match their deals (ie Fowler, Tyson Jackson, Steven Jackson, etc) this FO can draft well
Ridder is fine, and if they roll with him cool. But Lamar not gonna break the Falcons salary cap, not if Terry structures the deal right. Y’all pigeon hole yourselves into one way of thinking cause your scared of the unknown “noooo I don’t want a 25 year old former MVP”

And Graham showed promise, but the rest of the d line were just guys. This wasn't just a bad roster, there was also some misfortune with key injuries on probably the thinnest defensive roster in the league. So yeah, it sucked. But that's not this team anymore. 5/5
