I don't want to live in a neighborhood that's only indexed by "everybody's special interest is computing". Unfortunately in today's population when I select for propensity to compute, I also end up selecting for other undesirable traits. E.g. introversion. Propensity towards depression. Disliking personal hygiene or local neighborhood hygiene. Now if only there's a way to only let people into a group after passing an interview, pool community funds on joint ventures, incentivize people with the same values but from very different backgrounds to leave their differences behind to come together in those joint ventures....
