They're such magnificent beasts!
This November, our Aerial Unit assisted in seven human-elephant conflict cases, helping guide wandering herds back to safety. In one instance, an entire herd was carefully shepherded from a community area back into Tsavo East National Park, ensuring the safety of both the elephants and nearby residents. Human-wildlife conflict is one of the biggest challenges we face, but with aerial surveillance and dedicated teams on the ground, we’re fostering peaceful coexistence between people and wildlife. This rips my undies. And it's not just renting. My mum lives in church-owned accommodation and she and her co-residents pay nearly 30% of their super to the Church. What's left isn't enough to live on. I wonder if it affects women more, too.
