The spare wheel took up so much space that many cars had them mounted on the boot lid like this. The P6 was a great looking car but was this something that improved its looks? What do you think? 🤔

We’re so happy to share this video with you all. After 45 years in the garage, this Austin 12 drives sweetly. The cable operated brakes work and she pulls strongly in all gears. The Dynamo charges and the radiator holds water. As dependable as an Austin…you better believe it!

UPDATE ⚠️
STOLEN MINI RECOVERED - we’ve got it!
After a sighting of the car was sent to me by a member of the public a few minutes ago, police raided a location & have got the car.
I’ve just had a short and very emotional conversation with the owner.
JOB DONE. ☑️
Wow that was close 😳 the pictures show the river at its highest and we’re pleased to say is now receding!
Both Richard and Ian stayed at the attraction all night on flood watch just in case they needed to move more

The Marina is often cited as typifying all that was wrong with British Leblanc but in fact it sold well and was loved by many, many families in the 70s.
So excited to be opening our doors again this morning following our little winter refresh!
We’ve swapped a few cars around, added a few and our volunteers have been hard at work getting the collection ready for display 💪
We open at 10:00am and can’t wait to welcome you in 👋
What a treat to have possibly one of the rarest cars on the road come and visit us today. This
