@Iheartrescuedog @brucejuice18 I can assure you, the team he saw does not balance bill. Also, following the No Surprises Act signed in 2021 it is illegal for other air ambulance operators to do. This does not apply to ground ambulance services.

@_JaceMullen @momedic9019 Totally right. An entire setup for Epo fits in a medium pouch. The NO systems are large but getting smaller, especially with the new cartridge systems We use iEpo a fair bit, and at times have transitioned from iNO to iEpo in adults for logistical reasons despite having both.
