Super excited to share @attio's latest funding round with the world! I couldn't be more excited to work with @PointNineCap and @balderton. If you want to help us build the future of CRM and take on Salesforce we're hiring across the company - 🚀🚀🚀.

Really excited to reveal our latest brand campaign: working with 50 of the best thought leaders in our industry to help light the path towards the next generation of CRM. Large Language Models are already reshaping how we build and use software today. Whilst these models are.
We just put 50+ GTM leaders on Nasdaq's board in Times Square. Why?. We're about to witness a seismic shift in CRM – one that even surpasses the cloud revolution of 1999. AI is here, and it's going to change everything. The category has been on the cusp of revolution for years.

Salesforce might have the $CRM stock ticker, but @attio is the ProductHunt CRM Topic icon - so who's winning really?

I’m so disappointed about where @Cloudflare has ended up. A(nother) rant 🧵 . I’ve always been a huge believer and it’s been the first service I reach for when starting something new. I bought the stock when they IPO’d and we’ve been using it @attio since the beginning. I’ve.

When we set out to improve CRM - we realised that Custom Objects and the Data Model they enable sat at the centre of what made Salesforce great. I even wrote a blog post about it: It's taken us a while to get Custom Objects just right - from tweaking our.
Introducing Attio Objects 🚀..We know how hard it is to find a CRM that fits your unique business model. .That's why we built Attio Objects – our powerful data model with custom objects that gives you complete flexibility to structure your CRM exactly how you need it. .Along

When @attio started to serve larger customers, we decided to get our ISO 27001 certificate. I’ve shared these steps with others privately but this tweet serves as a really good opportunity to talk about how we implemented a product led take on compliance 🧵.
"My company implemented ISO 27001 and it's hindering our ability to innovate. Eg installing new software needs pages long forms to fill, then wait 3-4 weeks for a decision. Are other companies doing ISO 27001 better?". Have you seen examples of ISO implemented more nimble?.

Super excited to be working with @sanjazakovska to help us build even better product here at @attio!.
Really excited to share that I’ve joined @attio as their first Product hire, and will be helping them build a next-gen CRM. As someone who’s worked closely with revops teams in the past, I’ve always wondered why the CRM experience is so terrible. Product, engineering, and.

I have literally asked @peterejhamilton and @evnsio when this was coming since our first demo of @incident_io whilst they still had day jobs 😂. Could not be more excited to try this out!.
We’ve just launched @incident_io On-call and I couldn’t be more excited! 🎉. Our goal was “so good, you’ll break things on purpose” and we’ve poured our hearts and souls into this one. I think it shows ❤️

I have never seen a product with a worse activation flow than @okta . It's so comically bad that I don't understand why they offer self serve signup. Rant below:. So far I have signed up for a trial, which has given me a randomly generated slug that starts with the word `trial`.

In light of Replicache removing Rust from their client stack: Things are not inherently faster in Rust. Benchmark and optimise higher up before jumping into 🦀 land! This isn’t anti-rust (we love rust @attio) - it’s anti hype driven development.

We setup automated tools like @incident_io , @github actions, @datadog, Pulumi, @linear , @snyksec , @indentapp so that the team could ship code, add dependencies, handle incidents, access sensitive data and more with great audit logging and minimal friction.

So proud of all the work that has gone into bringing this feature to life! The team has done an amazing job of using the unique flexibility Attio offers to bring first class messaging and outreach to our customers 🚀.
*Major* new feature update in Attio 💪 . Users are now be able to send highly personalized emails in bulk, leveraging dozens of enriched data points as variables, as well as any custom attribute or data points from integrations. Best of all, the experience is *delightful*!

I am continually shocked at how terrible the @British_Airways website and app manages to be. Today I am greeted with a “We are experiencing high demand” error page at 12:41 on a Sunday whilst checking in. I fly with them about once a month, I have never not had this error.

The rise of these fake charging QR codes in @RBKC is crazy - it’s so hard to spot them and the actual provider sites are so sketchy you can barely tell the difference. The ones where I live are now regularly replaced within 48 hours of being taken down and lead straight to

@AntoineMinoux @Cloudflare @attio I’m trying this route at the moment but it seems like they don’t have much ability to escalate. That aside - I feel bad leading on BDRs in general. Building a CRM has given me a lot of empathy 😂.

Getting us to ISO certification has been one of the most off-piste and rewarding projects of my career. I can't thank Ed Hodgson of SevenNine for his help and guidance! Highly recommend him for anyone going through a similar process!.
We’re immensely proud to announce that after incredible effort from everyone on the team we’ve passed our ISO 27001 tests with flying colors!

Parsing CSV is one of those things that every developer thinks is easy - it's just load up your language of choice and iterate through it - right? Wrong. CSV is an absolute tire-fire of a data format. It's taken a lot more thought than meets the eye to handle these edges 👨💻.
This is a big one. After weeks of hard work the team has shipped our biggest feature yet: CSV importing.

@0xferruccio At @attio we use two custom objects in addition to the default Person and Company objects. Each unique Workspace gets a Workspace object and each unique authenticatable user gets a User object. We then have a many to one link between workspaces and a company.

I’ve been a JetBrains customer for going on 10 years now and use Webstorm and DataGrip everyday. Recently the IDEs have started to really show their age. Very excited to see how this looks!.
Fleet is built from scratch but uses the IntelliJ code-processing engine for its smart code editing with code completion, navigation to definitions and usages, refactorings, on-the-fly code quality checks, and quick-fixes. Learn more in the blog:

@tnm We use their Registrar, DNS, WAF and Rate Limiting products today. We have played around with Workers but didn’t find them to be quite “production ready” from a DevEx perspective when we tested them. They have some really exciting products but we stopped adopting them further at.

Is anyone else seeing absolutely absurd @Cloudflare WAF behaviour since the Managed Rules update? . We (@attio) are currently seeing anything with a bracket and a PATCH method being given a risk score of 43.

@taimurabdaal Seriously might be a stretch but I use it regularly on a day to day basis as my scratchpad spreadsheet app. On my MacBook excel is deadly slow and Numbers has never caused any issues.

Most interesting to me is that this means Revolut beat Monzo to market by two years for a nearly identical product. I still use @monzo as my primary bank but from a product perspective you have to give credit to @RevolutApp’s ability to move fast.

@davidjchie @attio Hey David 👋 . Suspending a user from Attio will hide their email communication from your workspace, restoring the user will return it. If the user or mailbox are deleted (using the explicit account delete functionality), then their mailboxes and all attached information will be.

@tmhrtly Hardly perfect but we have gone with team wide zoom channels that we leave on all day. Most of the time it's quiet but people can unmute and ask questions / show demos. We've also started doing a daily show and tell to try and spark similar conversations. Not great but 🦠😷🤷♂️.

@krishan711 I think there are some (relatively uncommon but definitely not rare) cases where the employer can’t know the tax contribution in advance. Things like pension contribution and student loans would make an accurate advert quite hard. Other income would also change tax band?.

We’ve been working hard to improve our engineering hiring process at @attio. @nicolasosharp wrote up some of our stats from the last 12 months:.
1. @byteofbits and I track engineering interviews at @attio. We now have five engineers, which means it takes more than an entire working week of interviewing per hire. 📊 Data below! 👇.

@0xferruccio @attio It's so that you can track the human person (who might move around to different companies over time) separately from the user of the platform who is in a particular subset of workspaces. Essentially a person can have many email addresses over time, but a user can have only one.

@nurodev From my personal observations it's less that people think about the risk and discard it - it's that most don't think about it at all. There's a lot of assumptions baked into modern cloud offerings about their scalability, redundancy and security - too few stop to question them!.
