We have taken the lead with @_TheIPC and published a new sector single code of practice for managing private parking today. You can read it at:

A new sector single Code of Practice has been published We're raising standards now rather than waiting for the Government’s Code, with clearer, more transparent and consistent guidelines, whilst also creating standards and clarity for the sector

@spills961 Sorry to hear that. We are a membership association and don't own or manage any car parks, so you'd need to contact the owner or parking operator which could be a local council. Check signage for details
