We have taken the lead with @_TheIPC and published a new sector single code of practice for managing private parking today. You can read it at:

@spills961 Sorry to hear that. We are a membership association and don't own or manage any car parks, so you'd need to contact the owner or parking operator which could be a local council. Check signage for details
