Barclays has 20,000,000 customers in The U.K. They manage billions of pounds of other people’s money and make billions in profits every year and this is their insensitive response to a mother who needs to buy essentials for her infant after their online banking crashed.

@Tesco you have put @CostaCoffee outside of your Friern Barnet branch. No cups! Upstairs @CostaCoffee has a cafe they haven’t started I have asked for a cup to buy from machine they didn’t give! Waste of time…
