I am deeply grieved at the SBC EC response to JD Greear. The EC has demonstrated the exact problems that lead to the abuse of so many - whitewashing the crimes and coverup, choosing largely irrelevant criteria, and investigating issues they have no training to investigate.

The investigation by Cedarville Univ is NOT independent. Neither was the one done by Covenant Life Church related to C.J. Mahaney, sex abusers, & co-conspirators. The CLC investigation was designed to cover up the truth, not reveal it. Cedarville is proceeding in the same manner.

Excellent reporting. IHOPKC should be shut down. The corruption is pervasive (Bickle, Greaves, Volz, Fuller...). People who love the Lord should leave & everyone should stop giving money. IHOP will never do a truly independent investigation because it would expose rampant abuse.
