I'm a white french guy with an indian middle name: Prabakar. For years, I hid it. I stopped friends from reading my ID. I didn’t want people to know and make fun of me. To me, this name was a reminder of a part of me I wanted to erase: the spiritual Damien. My parents, deep into Indian spirituality, gave me this name. It means “the one who brings light.” I was literally born to Indian mantras playing in a Paris delivery room—no joke, my dad brought his audio tapes. As a kid and teen, I saw this name and my spiritual background as something that kept me from fully fitting into school and society. Now, I see it as my power. Prabakar is the part of me that balances action with awareness. The driven entrepreneur and the conscious thinker. Prabakar is my wizard side. And the best part? That’s often what people actually appreciate most about me. For years, I saw Prabakar as something to hide. Turns out, it’s what connects me to who I really am.

@LeaderElixir Absolutely. Being truly present does make moments richer. Let's focus more on the depth of moments, rather than filling our time.

@su_dreams I resonate with that. I used to see it as just another step before starting my day, but at some point, I realized it’s actually one of the moments when I get my best creative ideas. Now, I honor it fully and look forward to whatever it has to offer me :)

@ambika_sarawgi Can't agree more. Solving a real problem and getting paid for that, that's it.

@MrBelhomme Facts. The ones who don’t fit in are usually the ones shaping the world. Authenticity is way more attractive than conformity.
