@thisistheillme I have LC and am developing an intolerance to alcohol now also but I’m thinking it’s perimenopause related rather than anything to do with my LC.

@epgough We’re taking those atm as well as Natto, B12, Cordyceps, bromalaine, curcumin and NAC. I haven’t taken NAC in a while, ran out and forgot, and actually started crashing again this week so maybe it was doing something after all!

@epgough I feel like I have a memory of him saying something very similar about pain radiating from the patch area as well. The nicotine groups seems to say that it should be slow release via a transdermal patch but who knows. We’re all just trying things and hoping!

@epgough Ah sorry Eoin. My bf didn’t get on well with them either but he’s thinking of giving them another go and starting at a much lower dose.

@epgough Hey Eoin, thanks for articulating this. I’m in the same boat here with a small kid, and my partner also has LC so it can be very tough. I’ve found nicotine patches a total life saver. They didn’t help my partner unfortunately but have given me a lot of my life back.
