@thirdgenwidget @MattWelch I've noticed this too. I think the meta is that 'the current chaos' is an attempt to reverse this. I had one of these gov't jobs a few years ago (DoS ed). It was demoralizing. Not exactly incompetence, but just no way to raise the bar from the absolute minimum rung it was set at.
