If a dog came toward me, or my boys, I'd be guarded. I would try to get in front of my kids. I don't know your dog and wouldn't be trusting. Maybe only let him go to where he's invited or encouraged. Kicking was wrong but some people are fearful.

Yes - Disney should have the same rules Universal, Sea World, Icon park. Back in the day Disney focused of Florida Residents with special pricing, discounts, added hours and more. Now, nothing. Florida has to deal with the traffic and crowds so they can pay their fair share.
