@Catarina0511 @macarscorby @STN_Airport @BBCNews Us too. Chaos and queues meant we were denied boarding even though our luggage was on the flight, doors open and steps attached. No available flights for days and will have to return early A.M. and wait on standby

Missed #ryanair flight to Pisa this morning due to chaos at #Stansted - baggage belts broken and queues 10x that of Disney. Now in an equally big queue for customer services @STN_Airport
