It’s lovely to see Charlie back he was homeless 3 years ago and through here we got him a job a home now he runs his own business. He trained as a chef. Don’t pass someone on the street and think they are a nobody they are someone’s son someone’s daughter. Kim peace and love

I’m Freddie, Kim’s son at 7 I was homeless with my 5 yr old & 3 yr old brothers at the time we slept in a car for 2 nights after fleeing my violent Dad who I refer to as our sperm donor. We have seen Mum give us everything as a single parent. Homelessness can happen to anyone F x

I’m Charlie my Nan’s death at nearly 21 over 3 years ago just after the funeral I was told by the council I wasn’t entitled to live in the house, scared I packed up two bags and made a life on the street. Homelessness can happen to anyone. I’m now 24 have my own business. Cx

Tomorrow I have an interview for a full time job with contracted hours not at £7.50 can you give me hope please. As you may know for past 10 months I have had a zero hour contract working silly hours when its available up to 72 hours a week & when its bad zero. Greg

A chef gives a guy a job puts him in a hotel for week gets him started berated on twitter.

One year ago I was homeless I had worked in retail a low paid job all my working life then came the day we were all told the company had gone into liquidation no warning I had no savings and I was homeless within 6 weeks. I’m now housed & have been through help on here. Greg

I’m hoping 2018 we can learn more, educate more, be a community more. We got some flack here. Homeless need houses not empathy, buy 1 give 1 I’m aware of that 14 years of volunteering & ex homeless however we making a start to reduce & stop homelessness as a community
