@dgriffinchess That is some record. Back in the 1970’s as a teenager I studied his games a lot. He was a very good player who in his prime rarely lost. My only criticism of him was that in tournaments he could have quite a lot of draws. I might be in the minority but I thought he was great.

@BenTheTim Rodgers was badly let down at Leicester. Best players were sold and they were never replaced. Oddly enough I thought that he might have resigned before his final season. The writing was on the wall. He showed Leicester a loyalty that he didn’t show us first time round.😁👍

@Gastro_Celtic That defeat still irks me. We played our poorest game of the season while they played a good deal better than I expected. We deserved to lose and sadly the score was a fair reflection of the game. We have to use it as motivation to destroy them next time out. 😢

@Br7do Yeah they are boring. We win nothing that isn’t gift wrapped from them and our team is always really poor. The reality is that they have won three honours since 2012 while we have pretty much swept the boards every year. I’d also say that our present team are pretty decent.

@Maedasteel My favourite was the season when they were in the championship. It was a “one horse race” and somehow they managed to finish second. Then Motherwell kicked their ass in a two legged play off. So they didn’t come up. That was special.

@boxertoye @AidanCeitic_ I’m gutted that he left. I also can’t get my head around why he went where he did as he is capable of far better. It’s his choice though. In terms of former players with the exception of Mo Johnston who I still despise to this day, I wish them all the best.

I kept expecting Daizen Maeda to take of his mask while celebrating his goals tonight revealing that he was indeed Kyogo. The guy has just been phenomenal this season. Full of energy and scoring great goals too. 😁🇯🇵☘️
