See this kind of thing all the time on bad driving compilations. Yes the driver should have seen you and waited, but you saw him and instead of putting your ego to one side to make sure there was no collision, you carried on because it’s better to get good content than be safe.
This just happened.
He did say "sorry I didn't see you."
