India and Hindus around the world are waking up to one of their holiest festivals today - Ganesh Chaturthi. On this auspicious occasion, I am sharing a picture of this 1,000+ year old moorti of Dholkal Ganesh of Dantewada.

A year ago, we discovered through the TwitterFiles expose that The Wire, an Indian news portal, had collected a list of 40,000 Twitter (now X) users. The Wire forwarded this list to Twitter, asking them to deplatform these users for being "Hindu nationalist" and BJP supporters.
Interesting... When German Foreign Ministry issued statement, MEA issued a stern response almost immediately, summoned German DHC issued demarche about interfering in internal affairs....no such response when the US issues statement on same issue?

Dear Javed. What is your problem with Hindi and Sanskrit? Why did you get angry with the anchor on the stage and in public when he used the word ऊष्मा a couple of years ago? The video of you berating him is in public domain. Was it to hide your incompetency or show your bigotry?
No one is fooled by this, Madam Speaker.

The Grand Jury has acted upon the facts and the law.
No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence.
Hopefully, the former President will peacefully respect the system, which grants him that right.
India wasn’t born in 1947, it was unshackled from a colonial rule. Bharat is a civilizational nation, one of the oldest living civilization. Biggest task ahead is decolonization of minds.

India has become a massive refinery for Russian oil. That'd be fine if Russian oil went to India on Western ships operating under the G7 cap, but lots of this oil gets shipped on Putin's shadow fleet, which means India is helping fund Russia's invasion of Ukraine. This must stop.

From the Aryan Invasion Theory to this bizarre Raina theory much of the intellectual capital of the Indian Left is spent in justifying the Islamic invasion and plunder of India.
Badri Raina raises an intriguing question: don't those whose flesh and bones are interred in the soil of India, to become part of its earth, have a greater claim to the matrubhumi than those whose ashes are poured into rivers that flow into the sea?
I’m sorry, Mr. Zakaria, but you are a prisoner of your past and your ideology. While it is true that “democracy” and “secularism” are widely accepted terms, it will be a mistake to assume they mean the exact same thing across cultures. Also, to call 15% and 200 million+ formerly
