@BizzleBugs Trying to but hit that hard last winter I've had to treat some. Mostly my non JB strain and using as light a treatment regime as I can get away with. As you can see no strips in these. Some nucs have strips a might be sold on.

Bees flying today, I'll be round this site next week to check they're healthy and still have stores. A fair few will probably get a feed to get them started and ready for the OSR in late march or Apr.

Quick look at a few colonies on one of my wintering sites. Most looked like these, nicely tucked up in this chilly weather. One that I gave feed last week (baggies) had taken it down. The grain is due to a spillage of syrup, user forklift error, need I say more.😬

Rawcliffe bridge, a swarm in an owl box, now back at base to remove when the weather improves. Always amazed how bees close the entrance down with propolis. If they need to they open it up on warm days to allow better flight.
