@Empty_America A lot is probably in conservation the tracts have been subdivided too much to make leasing for grazing worth it. Family doesn’t have money to develop it, too small to graze and the appreciation from suburban sprawl is enough to make it “worth it” to hang on

Yeah AI might be good for subjects that can be distilled from research papers and academic journals, but for anything in the real world, AI has to be a step behind real people and reliant on those people’s account/documentation
