@motasim Govt must pay a lump-sum housing and freeze it. Govt must not rent buildings. There shouldn't be any special packages for ppl to rent private houses at exuberant values. Govt Rental is a cartel driving all the real state bubble. Rent seeking has killed normal businesses.

@navift Our students who graduate from Pakistan & leave the country get scholarships as well as good jobs afterwards. But the same people won't find any opportunities here. It's rather a miracle that public sector HEIs are still afloat with no funds for S&T although skill set dying

@AbdulRehman0292 Probably need to explain it a bit that previously the prices were increasing ~@30% while now the increase in rate will be ~ @10% . The problem is that while cost of living already increased a lot, meanwhile there was not much increase in wages = worsening situation at slow rate

@ShahidMohmand79 Instead of hiring, the housing allowance should be paid in cash to the employee. Residential areas must be cleared of any illegally occupied business not meant for a house and so on.

@navift Ballooning house rent allowances and free petrol to officials can never favour such policies. Things will fall in place once free daily travel from long distances by govt officials is finished. The salary should be lump-sum to stop rents from becoming more and more unrealistic.
