@cremieuxrecueil See, this is the thing about whataboutism - it's easy to allege that accusations of hypocrisy are whataboutism. The term is sort of useless. In this case, if he can get the job done (incl -ve effect on team) it's fine to leave it to the team. But not because others did wrong.

@cremieuxrecueil It hardly matters. You can't realistically lose the degree. If I said "ex-Berkeley-EECS-degree 4.0 GPA" that's the same value as "Berkeley EECS degree 4.0 GPA".

@no_earthquake You get the same feeling in America too. I really like Hopper and we were just walking through the museum in Chicago and there was his stuff on the wall. The famous ones but I think also Office in a Small City and Rooms by the Sea both of which I adore.
