That’s because you have to do the work outside of therapy and most people don’t. But more than that, I think a lot of people’s problems are caused by thing out of their control such as finances, housing, inflation, etc. and you can’t fix that stuff with therapy.
Ima keep it a buck. I’m pretty sure our generation goes to therapy more than the previous. And to be quite Frank. I’m not seeing the result.
