This is what I’ve been saying all along.
Who has been silenced with “good vibes”? How many people have had to conform to a culture of “good vibes” against speaking their truth?
Vibes is no longer a crypto’s problem - it’s everyone’s problem now.
I'm convinced 100% good vibes only people have some unhealed trauma and aren't strong enough to deal with a dash of normal negativity here & there. Self-protection mechanisms, would prefer avoiding emotional evolution vs. growing more resilient to co-exist with all vibes.

Peer review is significant in academia, but its unpaid labor, which is challenging in this accelerated age. We need optimized system for peer review to alleviate the constant burden on academics engaging in unpaid labour and experiencing burnout.
