Even though I am on dry January (and likely to be sober until I give birth and for some time beyond), I still support my local and drink non-alcoholic drinks. A rural local is more than a pub, it is a community centre.

It seems I cannot turn right out of the village as the main road is closed because of flooding but I can turn left out of the village. So my view is to stay safe by not leaving the house

On this day in 2005, my father helped me cook dinner, then watched the Top Gear Bugatti Veyron episode. He died of a heart attack watching his favourite show. I found the body. I was 20, in my final year at uni. My grandma died of shock 6 weeks later. Still got a 2.1.
