I had a good cry this morning when something I did made me want to tell my uncle about it. Grief affects us all at some point in our lives and varies in how much it affects us. But understanding that we aren’t alone in it makes it easier. It does get a little easier to live with.
Learning about grief:
The stages are denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance
But, here’s the thing - they don’t happen in a straight line, one after another
They can be experienced all in a single day, even within a single hour
Hope this helps others grieving ❤️🩹

2) Be one semester away from graduating
