@aajtak @sudhirchaudhary यही तो दुविधा है, जब तक लोग परेशान होकर आत्महत्या न कर लें, तब तक कोई उनकी फ़रियाद भी नहीं सुनता। आज तीन महीनों से मैं राष्ट्रपति, प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय और सभी पदाधिकारियों से अपने पिता के लिए न्याय की गुहार लगा रहा हूँ, पर वे लोग कहाँ किसी आम आदमी की परेशानी को सुनते हैं?

By that time,we've already booked from a different app. Ola should address it.

@TOIBengaluru @OlaElectric After-sales support matters. If any issue arises with the bike, prompt and free service can resolve it. History shows that people prefer products with good after-sales service, even if the quality isn't perfect. Well I was planning to take it but now, no chance.

I will still wait for 30 days to get my issue resolved else will raise concern to @RBI ombudsman and Consumer forum.
