Today, a swim made me cry. From 2011 - 2020 I only took 5 seconds off my 200m br PB... today, at 24, I knocked 8 seconds off in one day. FINALLY😭🥳

When I first hoped, dreamed and trained with the aim of attending these champs, they were scheduled for 2021 & I was training for 400 IM... Here I am in 2023, racing the 5 & 10 km, but I made it to Fukuoka!
