@thameswater over a year I have been arguing with you about my bills, 3 people in the house and you have put my next bill up by £300 when normally it goes up by £100! I was told I would be moved onto a different rate but that never happened

@bandq_help twice today tried calling customer services to cancel an order and get a refund and twice your team go to escalate it and after 20 minutes they disconnect. How hard is it to get a refund on a sofa you are selling

@DFS just wondering how you can sell a sofa £1000 more than 3 other places? Exactly the same one with a free foot stall but you charge £350 extra for the foot stall. I like that you do interest free credit but £1000 more than other places is steep.
