My life changed the day I realized a lot of my fears weren’t mine. My relationship with God got so much better. I feel safe. A lot of things we believe we were indoctrinated into it. It’s too heavy carrying other peoples fears , patterns and beliefs.
i have challenged every belief i’ve grown up with. every belief i have. all of my actions, all my behaviors. i’ve challenged them. just to make sure those are my beliefs and not just the beliefs of others that i’ve taken on.
