@Cryptoinparadiz My approach was Can I do 10 chinups. Oct I quit all forms of exercise and each month I test strength/muscle loss with 10 chin-ups. I haven’t lost ability to do 10, actually up to 13 on my monthly tests. Meanwhile I’m down 8-10 lbs. my thought is you don’t lose muscle on carnivore

@WhiskeyAndKeys @gunpolicy Yup 15 million uncoordinated, disconnected, and leaderless folks that are most likely very old, obese, untrained, and unsupported. Like I said, it wouldn’t be a fair fight or much of a fight at all. The absolute best these 15 mill can do is create little pockets of resistance.

@MissLyallXXX I stupidly used it for a 6-8 months along with whey protein powder… I was shocked to learn that combo makes you fat! Anyhow I’m planning on starting creatine today without whey protein shakes! I’ll circle back in 3 months time!
