Am getting this in early - Mon 20th Jan #BlueMonday (aka the most 'depressing' day of the year) is not only complete #pseudoscience, it also propagates a definition of #depression & its treatment that trivialises & thereby stigmatises it. Activists should steer well clear of it!

Previously, I was always discharged from hospital onto CPA - I needed & valued the intensive care coordination, a robust care plan & clear crisis/relapse plan, & regular reviews. It got my life back on track. Now, I've had nothing. RIP CPA = the end of real support for SMI.
