Dr Andrew Grundy (@acgrundy) is a Lived Experience Researcher working on the SUSTAIN study. He has personal experience of psychosis, Early Intervention services, antipsychotics, and hunger side-effects. So there's a friendly face doing the SUSTAIN interviews!

@SosoAllan Hi Sophie, good question. We think the survey is easier to respond to if people are concretely reflecting on their current hunger experiences and its impacts. Thanks.

We're thrilled to say that SUSTAIN is all setup at our three main approved study sites. Our online survey will launch on X on Monday!! We're so thankful to our Lived Experience Advisory Panel and supporting NHS Trusts, who have worked with our team to get us here. @ARC_GM_

We know that the hunger side-effects of antipsychotics have a massive impact on people's lives - but we know little about the lived experience of hunger nor how people want help/support in managing it. We're having a study launch event - see details here:

We'd still like to receive expressions of interest from young men (aged 18-45) from ethnic minority backgrounds experiencing the hunger side-effects of antipsychotics who might be interested in joining our Lived Experience Advisory Panel.

We've had a high level of interest in our Lived Experience Advisory Panel (which is exciting!). We would now particularly like to hear from young men (aged 18-45) from ethnic minority backgrounds.
