dont think of a product "launch" as a one time thing. you'll need to launch every new feature you release.
you must iterate on your launches. create a process, execute, learn, update, and then do it again.

SEO is a lot like building credit. It takes a lot of time and it's easier the more money you have.
As you get more user's the SEO will take care of itself, they'll search up your website more, they'll post and share backlinks for you.

its a great place to start! i build all my side projects in nextjs.
my advice would be to use vercel to deploy as it really simplifies things, dont worry about vendor lock until you make something big.

i don't think its a good idea. the people that aren't getting work probably won't bring you work to your platform.
platforms are notoriously difficult because you need buyers and sellers.
no sellers means buyers cant find product. no buyers mean sellers waste their time.
