These businesses typically have deeply embedded owners that are core to the business. And the loans often require PGs.

Are they using buy-side M&A advisors? I've worked with a few searchers / independent sponsors in this capacity and have added great value. It could be great to package in with an SBA financing product (searcher pays nothing...).
