@SusanKlaiber But was that *really* the end? Not sure if all German states actually ratified the KMK document.

@tessaapproves My maps seem to show two Jacob Böhme graves, but not much else in the Görlizer cemetery.

@tessaapproves If you are willing to invest time for the learning curve, could try with (or simpler and commercial: for offline maps. With hill shades and contour lines they are also suitable for hiking and biking.

@cskwriter For bonus points, they could try to claim that you couldn't possibly have attended university without an Abitur...

@MPECSInc @evacide Do you have more inside information about the attempted changeover in München? The last talk I'd heard was that the major problem was resistance to removing physical computers from everyone's desk and the myriad of local "templates" each person invented for various form letters.

@WilliamNB Easy enough but always a relief when they actually move (depends on corrosion level). Right is left, left is right (thread direction). Usually remove the non-drive side first. Can place the tool in a vice and rotate the bike around it (for good leverage) - easier without wheels.

@potatoslav @MattEvans Theory test is straightforward (just get the books from the library). Walk into a few driving schools until you find one that lets you do a test hour with them and then book them again for the practical. A bit annoying, but doesn't break the bank. Drive pedantically.

@tessaapproves @dsifriend There is a small humourous Krimi from Kurt Palm that is really good. Title is "Bad F***ing" - here with modified spelling so as avoid the spam filter.

@Absolutemtb1 It seems to have converged to an 26inch MTB, CrMo frame, solid fork, 3x8 gearing (inexpensive and robust components) with V-brakes (can be repaired just about anywhere). Looks a bit like crap, which means the fear of it getting stolen is low.

@potatoslav @krisowe Is there a particular secret to making cold brew? I tried making it a few times and didn't find a spectacular improvement over my regular coffee (I drink unfiltered). Or does it need special types of beans?
