Have u tried laundering a simple $10k via commsec, vangaurd etc? Have u tried depositing $20K of ur money (hard earned, tax paid) in cash to a big4 bank accnt at their branch? U will understand the pain and u will easily see why $9M is easy peasy for this piece of RE
The puzzle for me is that someone with access to $9 million thought that spending the money on this home was a good idea rather than spending or investing elsewhere
