no worries. I have an allergy plan. so I tend to take my pills first and if I don’t feel the relief I’ll do the epi. but also I have allergic reactions daily. sometimes four times a day. the epi tends to help relieve the symptoms faster

eh. what might work for you might not work for someone else and vice versa. we are all different. I personally have found a combinations of oils that work amazingly on my hair/scalp and has helped a lot with growth. but using moisturizer then oil makes a difference

yes, there’s different types of water and not all water taste the same especially depending on how it’s processed but you don’t go to the store and buy filtered water to put a bunch of sugar and syrup inside of it so you could drink it just buy water
