Yeah, whenever I see or hear the words “what about” I know I don’t have to read nor hear the rest of what they’re saying, because I know they have no interest in addressing the actual argument. Probably because they can’t defend it and they know it 🙄
@BostonTweet
Personally I think they should do this in the North End — go full Venice. Cars barely fit on the roads anyway and it would make an already-authentic Little Italy even more so.
@BuffaloSabres
What a great message Adams has sent to his roster and the fans: you’re not worth investing in this year. Don’t care how many of you are having career seasons — do it all again next year, same roster, maybe more kids to limp along.
@EliApple
@HamlinIsland
I’ll say it again: anybody who’s shocked at this and the Bengals’ fans/organization for all of this classless, cowardly discourse clearly hasn’t spent enough time in Ohio. This is completely on brand for that bottom-10 state.
@pattonoswalt
Because people are terrified of the embarrassment that comes from being wrong - or worse, from being tricked - and no matter how completely temporary that feeling is, they will go to RIDICULOUS, harmful lengths to avoid it.
@BuffaloSabres
Lightning fans who think we need help trolling our own team are so freakin cute. You may be first in the NHL, but Buffalo is first in the WORLD at self-loathing
#amateurs
@BuffaloSabres
Closest the team has come to being in the playoffs in a decade and what does their brilliant GM do to give them a boost? A former teammate’s useless son and Jordan Greenway. Is it any wonder why they’ve quit?
@BuffaloSabres
Why is Conor Sheary out there to start overtime? Jeff Skinner had as many goals in this game as Sheary has had in the last three months.
@BuffaloSabres
This win showed us a lot. Not only is it the first time they’ve won when trailing, but they had every reason to get down on themselves and have that “quit” in their stride after outplaying the opponent and still finding themselves in a 2-0 hole. Excellent win, fantastic effort!
@BuffaloSabres
Absolutely awful, from coach all the way down to the goaltender. How this game wasn’t a blowout loss is beyond me, especially with that piss-poor 3rd period effort.
@BuffaloSabres
Seriously, you could set your watch to this kind of piss-poor effort. Always at home, always after a win, and always against a team that you see as “beneath” you. There’s nobody beneath you when you play like this, and it happens all. the. time.
@BuffaloBills
One of the fakest games I’ve ever seen. One team was there for two weeks, the other for two days. Frankly, I don’t know how this wasn’t a blowout for Jacksonville. Get healthy and forget this one, it’s meaningless in the long run, as are the Jags.
@RacismDog
“I mean is this who you want? People who are so thin-skinned, so sensitive, who cry over every tiny little thing? That’s who you want as a leader?” Funny you should ask: no, actually, we’re trying to get his orange ass impeached after you twats elected him.
@BuffaloSabres
@Lexus
First game out of the bye, at home against lowly Ottawa, All of this talk about making a “playoff push”… This should have been a layup. This team just doesn’t have it.
@BuffaloSabres
It’s worth noting that Anaheim took the lead immediately after
@robray32
had to tell everyone about how their powerplay hadn’t scored a goal all year. Next time just don’t read the stat, you mush.

Ahaha hahahahahaha! Hahahahahahahahaha you Trumpkins even try to TWEET like the Orange douchecanoe it’s SOOO cute! Ahahahahhahaha 😂
@BuffaloSabres
A cautionary tale in what happens when you buy into your own hype. This team was convinced - as far back as the last trade deadline - that it had all the tools, all the answers, and they’re not even close. Time for a new voice in the locker room.
@BuffaloSabres
Jack Eichel might be the best “I’ve been out here way too long please let me get to the bench but hang on let me make one more play” player in the league. Beautiful.
@Matt_Bove
Man, I don’t know why Miller gets such a bad rap. When he’s actually been given a chance to play, he’s been pretty good, even quite good in some cases.
@BuffaloSabres
Sadly, it is unforgettable, because it cemented how this team can be brought back down to earth after a good start. They can be pushed around and are too soft to do anything about it. Sigh, I have to believe that some day they’ll figure it out, but once again, not this year.
@BuffaloSabres
@Buccigross
talking about the Sabres and how they were so much more explosive last year and what happened this year - I’ll make it simple: they were never that good; about ten guys had career years at the same time, and the GM actually thought that was sustainable. It’s laughable
@pham1717
It’s almost like they don’t have the ability to finish… I still can’t believe the Sabres’ brass thought they could score like they did last season. It’s f’ing criminal.
