The @NHSuk is broken but the staff are incredible!1 week into get me well! (Still more test) i now know i am diabetic! My anxiety has been high and i have been very low! The nurse looking after me left this by my bed! Tonight before she left her 12 hour shift! Deserve a few ❤️
