Because painting like those aren't used as art but are used as wealth transfer without paying big taxes. Just disguised as art because of the lack of regulation, and the opacity of transactions which means it can't be tracked, it is used for tax evasion and money laundering.

I see one big reason this will probably not be feasible any time soon, people make sudden moves due to pain, even with pain killers if the infection is strong it will still hurt. I wouldn't want to have a robot that will continue to work while I suddenly move the the pain.
